JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Finisher is responsible for finishing injection cores in accordance with Core-Tech and customer specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unload and visually inspect cores from saggers
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Record-keeping skills
- Ability to use calipers and micrometers
- Demonstrate the ability to use the skills needed to finish cores: blend, patch, sand as well as others
- Visual inspection of cores
- Maintaining traceability of product
- Blue dye inspection
Minimum Job Specifications:
- Must be able to read instructions and also apply basic mathematical skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Organization Relationships:
The Finisher reports directly to the Plant Supervisor.
